Education: Instructors – The Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Oregon seeks to create a pool of applicants for teaching positions at the rank of Adjunct Instructor that are funding contingent, part-time or temporary assignments with an appointment of up to one year, but with the possibility of renewal for up to three years depending on need, funding and performance. Areas of specialization are open. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds. A PhD by the start of the position and appropriate teaching experience are required.
