The University of Oregon’s Department of Art is accepting applications for our teaching pool. These positions are part-time, temporary, limited-duration, but with the possibility of renewal, for up to a total of 3 years, depending on need, funding, and performance. There are occasional openings in sculpture, fibers, painting/drawing, ceramics, printmaking, foundations, and photography. There are also occasional openings in digital arts to teach video art and video production, animation, web based art and design, and using print design media in a fine art context.MFA degree required. In exceptional circumstances, significant professional experience in a relevant field may substitute for the degree.
